West Coast Driver Training is authorized by ICBC to teach Air Brake Courses. We are also an ICBC authorized Air Brake Certification facility, meaning we can certify clients on the Air Brake Pre Trip section of the Air Brake Endorsement. Clients will still have to go to ICBC or ServiceBC to write the Air Brake Knowledge Test after completing any Air Brake Course.
We currently charge $225.00 plus GST (currently $236.25) per person for Air Brake Courses. This will be increasing to $250.00 plus GST (currently $262.50) in September 2025.

West Coast Driver Training will be offering an Air Brakes Course in Nanaimo on 6-7 September 2025. Our next Air Brakes Courses after that will be in Nanaimo on 4-5 October 2025.
West Coast Driver Training will be offering an Air Brakes Course in Nanaimo on:
- 6-7 September 2025, 9 am to 5 pm, at the Morpeth Masonic Hall, 620 Morpeth Avenue, Nanaimo, B.C. Cost is $225.00 + GST = $236.25 / person.

- On the second day of the course we typically finish by 1 p.m.
- Come to the side door of the building. Bring a pen to take notes. A Course Manual will be provided. Bring a lunch if you wish. There will be a one hour lunch break in case you need to drive somewhere to get lunch.

West Coast Driver Training, in cooperation with the Gabriola Volunteer Fire Department, ran Air Brakes Courses on Gabriola Island on 26-27 November 2022, 4-5 November 2023 and 10-11 August 2024.
